Payment Policy By using the Online Payment System, Candidate agree to the following:

• The information provided by candidate is true and correct to the best of your knowledge
• Candidate will understand that Institute for machine tools technology, Batala reserves the right to change/modify the rules, regulations and fees relating to admission to the courses conducted by it from time to time and you agree to abide by the same.
• The decision of General Manager IMTT, Batala in regards to granting or rejecting admission to any course conducted by it is final and binding on you
• Candidate will authorize IMTT, Batala to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank account towards the fee as per the authorization given by you in the Online Application Form.
• Candidate will understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to IMTT, Batala is Batala, Gurdaspur (Punjab), India.
• IMTT, Batala will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from use of the services on this site.

Return and Cancellation Policy

• The registration fees is non-refundable for any reason or any cancellation clause of IMTT, Batala.
• Course fees once paid will not be refunded, if the student wants to withdraw himself / herself from the admission procedure.
• If student pays twice for one payment then transaction amount will be paid within 15 to 20 working Days via same source. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded / reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
• The course fees will be refunded to student by IMTT, Batala on the following reasons:
  • Administrative Reason
  • Insufficient Participants
  • Natural Disaster
